摘要
提出了一种以二维输电线路GIS和DEMs数据为基础,通过三维扩展构建输电线路三维模型的方法;针对虚拟地形环境的特点,采用地形几何与纹理数据一体化组织的策略,以提高实时数据调度的效率。实例证明了该方法的科学性和实用性。
On the basis of 2D GIS and DEMs data,the 3D modeling methods of power transmission and attached establishment is discussed through 3D extending. In the light of the features of virtual terrain environment database on 3D power transmission GIS,an approach is described to establish a terrain environment database. This approach is based on grid index and pyramid database structure, aims at National Spatial Data Infrastructure. The virtual terrain environment database integrates the terrain geometry data and the terrain texture data. To organize 3D model data, the traditional 2D GIS database is extended. By applying the above methods, the 3D power transmission GIS of Fujian province is reconstructed,and the practice has proved that these methods are suitable for the reconstruction of 3D power transmission.
