摘要 基于企业资源计划理念分析了科技信息行业的特点。信息行业的典型业务是从事数据加工、提取义件、知识和情报服务,在某些情况下,还需要向用户提供解决问题的方案。针对科技信息业的7个“合适”的行业要求,提出了由业务支撑和信息业务两大系统构成的面向科技信息业的企业资源计划集成系统整体框架。最后,分析了实现该集成框架需要解决的机构建模、协同平台和信息分类等关键问题,并提出了相应的解决方法和实施要点。 From the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) view, the general features of scientific and technical information service were analyzed firstly. Information service mainly deals with data processing, semantic piece extracting, offering knowledge and intelligence service and sometimes providing solutions for customers. According to the 7R requirements for information service, a framework of an ERP integration system oriented to scientific and technical information service was proposed. The framework consisted of business supporting systems and information service systems. Finally key problems to be solved for implementation of the proposed framework were analyzed, such as enterprise modeling, collaborative work platform and information classification, etc. , and solutions to these problems and implementation steps were also provided.
