摘要
通过对典型规格张减过程的分析,研究了张力对壁厚分布的影响,并进行了试验研究和有限元模拟,通过对比验证了可靠性,基于机架伸长率计算了增厚段切除长度,为掌握张力和钢管壁厚分布之间的关系,实现预定壁厚钢管的生产提供了依据。
The influence of tension on wall thickness distribution was investigated. The length of crop ends was calculated based on elongation percentage of the stand by FEM. The results were verified by the experiments. The study provided the basis to determine the relation between the tension and tube wall thickness distribution and produce tubes with preset wall thickness.
