摘要
本文以糠醇N-苯基马来酰亚胺、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(2,4TDI)、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI-20/80)、六次甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)和二苯甲烷双马来酰亚胺(BMI)为原料,研究并确定了经由Diels-Alder反应合成含氨酯键双马来酰亚胺的合成路线和工艺条件.制备了两种含不同氨酯键结构的新型双马来酰亚胺BMU-H和BMU-T。实验结果表明:采用Diels-Alder反应合成含氨酯键双马来酰亚胺,原料路线简单,反应易于控制,产物收率高且具有较高的热稳定性和很好的固化性能。
Diels-Alder reaction of 4-methl-1,3-phenylene-bis(2-furanylmethylcarbamate)with N-phenyl maleimide was studied detailed in this paper.The Diels-Alder reaction was carried out in 1,4-dioxane and toluene as mixed solvents,followed by aromatization in the presence of acetic anhydride.FTIR HPLC and element analysis were used to characterize these reaction products.Based on the studies of model reaction,two kinds of bismaleimide with different methane linkeges were pepared.DTA studies of these bismeimide indicated a curing exotherm in the temperature range 187~248℃.TG analysis of these uncured resins showed high thermal stability.
