摘要
为了优化设计高层建筑的基础方案,针对某高层建筑可采用的不同基础型式,从施工工期、工程造价、施工技术的难易程度以及对环境的影响等多方面进行了定性与定量的技术经济分析和比较;通过量化处理,利用模糊综合评价的方法对可采用的各方案进行了比选。提供了一套较完整的选择基础设计方案的综合评价方法;并且通过多方案的分析与比较,选择出了技术可行、安全可靠、经济合理的高层建筑基础方案——天然地基+筏板基础方案。
To optimize the design scheme of the high-rise building' s foundation, we choose one high-building foundation which have some kinds of type, the time limit of construction. construction cost.construction technique and environmental impact have been analyzed in the aspects of technology and economy; by quantization calculation ,we utilize the fuzzy comprehensive appraisal method to carry on scheme optimum seeking. A set of comprehensive appraisal method to select foundation scheme is provided; after analyzing and comparing all kinds of scheme, the natural ground+ ratt foundation ,which is practicable, safe and economical have been selected.
