摘要
本文研究了3Cr2W8VA钢伞齿轮精锻模型腔火焰喷涂G112WC合金层及在模具精密成形时涂层的超塑性扩散焊接。在820℃,应变速率ε为3×10-4s-1的压缩条件下.基材和涂层均发生超塑协调变形,实现稳定可靠的超塑固相连接。研究表明,此时涂层孔洞闭合,涂层颗粒间界及涂层与基材的结合界面完全焊合。超塑性扩散焊接涂层的结合强度与高频和火焰重熔涂层相当,其耐磨性比高频重熔和火焰重熔高20%~30%,比改善前3Cr2W8VA模具高达60%以上。
The G112WC alloy coating flame sprayed on the die space of 3Cr2W8VA bevel gear precision die and its diffusive welding with the substrate during superplastic deforming the dies have beensystematically investigated. The tact results have shown that when the temperature is at 820℃ and thestrain rate e is about 3×10-4s-1,the homogeneous superplasticity deformation occurs in a coordinateway in both the substrate and the coating, and thus a stable and reliable superplastic solid welding is realized. In this codition, the porosities inside the coating and the bonding interface between the coatingand the substrate can be effectively welded. The properties measurements have indicated that the bonding strength of superplastic welding is equivalent with those of hish frequency induction and flameremeltins coatings. The wear resistance of the superplastically deformed coatings is 20%-30% hisher than those of high frequency induction and flame remelting coating,and even 60% higher than thator 3Cr2W8VA itself.
