摘要
基于磷酸三丁酯/煤油/液体石蜡所构成的液膜萃取体系,建立了在线液膜萃取富集流动注射分光光度法测定水中铬()的新方法。对实验条件进行了优化。在最优条件下,方法的检出限为2.1μg/L,线性范围为5.0—50μg/L。应用于河水及工业废水中铬()的检测,结果满意。
An on line supported liquid membrane enrichment flow-injection spectrophotometric method for determination of trace chromium( Ⅵ ) in water was developed based on a tributyl-phosphate (TBP), liquid paraffin and kerosene liquid membrane extraction system. Experiment conditions are optimized. The detection limit for chromium( Ⅵ ) is 2.1μg/L in linear range of 5.0-50.0μg/L. The method was applied to enrichment and determination of trace chromium( Ⅵ ) in river water and waste water with satisfactory results.
