摘要
在现代市场经济条件下,零售业的经济战略地位日显突出。为使管理者能客观评价企业自身竞争位势、改善企业经营,在深入研究有关竞争力评价理论的基础上,结合现代零售企业的特点,吸收了“供应链”和“平衡计分卡”的管理理论和方法,构建了现代零售企业竞争力评价的“四流评价体系”,并依此设计了评价指标体系及评价方法。
In the modern market economy, the retail business' s important position of economic strategy is coming out. The managers need to objectively evaluate the competitive potential of the enterprise to improve its operation. This paper, on the basis of the theoretical research on competitiveness evaluation,combines the characteristics of the modern retail enterprises , absorbs the advanced management theories and methods of the“supply chain”and “balanced scorecard”, and constructs the “fourcurrent system” for the competitiveness evaluation of modern retail enterprises. According to this system, the paper sets up the evaluation index system of the modern retail enterprises competitiveness and introduces the implementary method.
