摘要
PSD是一种新型的半寻体光电位置敏感器件,采用它和半导体激光器基于三角测量原理构成的测距传感器具有广阔的应用开发前景.本文详细地介绍了PSD器件的特性,阐述了消除其暗电流和外界杂散光影响的PSD检测电路原理,研究了设计传感器所涉及的问题,并分析了影响传感器性能的因素.
PSD is a new type of opto-electronic position sensitive transistor.By using it as the sensitive element and a laser diode as the emitter,the range finder fabricated based on optical triangulation is of great value. This paper introduces the characteristics of PSD in detail,and puts forward the measuring circuit which can eliminate the affection of dark current and environment light.The problems relating to the design of this kind of sensor and the factors afffecting the performance of the range finder are discussal in detail.
