摘要
利用分光光度法测定烟碱,该方法是基于高锰酸钾与烟碱在NaOH溶液中反应形成水溶性绿色产物而建立的,绿色产物的最大吸收值为610nm,经实验证明,当测定烟碱浓度范围在0.1-7.5μg/ml时遵守比尔定律,平行测定10次4μg/ml的烟碱溶液,相对标准偏差为2.17%,采用该法最优化的分析参数来测定香烟中尼古丁的含量,其结果令人满意。
A Spectrophotometric method is described for the determination of nicotine. The method is based on the re,colon of nicotine with potassium permanganate in the presence of sodium hydroxide to form a water- soble green product which shows maximum absorbanee at 610 urn. Bee' s law is obeyed over the concentration range 0.1 - 7.5μg/ml nicotine. The relative standard deviation is 2.7% for 10 replicates of 4μg/ml nicotine. The analytical parameters are optimized and the method is applied to the determination of nicotine in ctgarettes, the results are satisfactory.
