摘要
测定了来自7个居群的金毛狗59个个体的根状茎、叶、孢子囊群、孢子囊群盖及孢子等43项形态指标,采用方差分析、欧氏距离聚类分析、相似系数聚类分析等方法,研究了各项形态指标在居群间的差异显著性、形态多样性及其反映出的居群间的近缘关系。结果表明:①在各项形态指标中差异显著的占23.26%,差异极显著的占27.91%,差异不显著的占48.83%,②营养器官的形态特征变异大,繁殖器官孢子的形态特征差异不显著,相对稳定;③居群间在居群水平上未表现明显的形态分化的同时在个体水平以及不同地理种源上呈现出一定的分化。
Forty -three morphological indicators, including rhizome, leaf, spore sacs, spores and others, of 59 individuals belonging to 7 populations of the endangered plant species Cibotium barometz were determined. The significance of inter - population differences was studied with variance analysis, Euclidean distance clustering and COSINE clustering. The results showed that significantly different, highly significantly different and non -significantly different morphological indicators accounted for 23.26%, 27.91% and 48.83%, respectively, of the total. Variation in morphological characters of vegetative organs was conspicuous while that of the reproductive organ, spores, was not distinct, indicating their relative stability. While morphological differentiation at the population level was not conspicuous, it was fairly significant at individual level and in geographical origins.
