平衡施肥对酸性紫色土甘蓝产量和品质的效应 被引量:11

EFFECT OF BALANCED FERTILIZATION ON THE YIELD AND QUALITY OF CABBAGE ON ACID IC PURPLE SO IL

摘要 以酸性紫色土为供试材料,采用田间试验研究了平衡施肥对甘蓝产量及品质的影响.结果表明,平衡施肥能使甘蓝产量提高3.4%~23.6%,并以(N30P15K20Ca和N30P15K20)处理增产作用大.在N30P15K20的基础上配施钙肥可提高甘蓝产量7.9%,而配施硼肥则无增产作用.与CK相比,N30P15K20和N30P20K30处理的硝酸盐含量下降26.9%和34.6%,各施肥处理维生素C和氨基酸含量以降低为主,但随着施氮量增加,氨基酸含量明显增加.在相同氮钾水平下,增施磷肥能提高甘蓝还原糖含量.各处理除N20P15K20和N30P15K20B的粗蛋白含量有所增加外,其余者均不同程度的降低.N30P15K20为甘蓝产量和品质效应的最佳处理. In a field experiment with cabbage on an acidic purple soil, balanced fertilization increased cabbage yield by 3.4% ~ 23.6% and the greatest yield increase was achieved in the treatments N30P15 K20Ca and N30P15 K20. On the basis of N30P15 K20, the addition of calcium brought about an additional yield increase of 7.9%, while no such yield - improving effect was shown by the addition of borax. Compared to CK, nitrate content of the cabbage dropped by 26.9% and 34.6% respectively in the treatments N30P15 K20 and N30P20K30 and the contents of Vc and amino acids tended to decrease in the fertilization treatments, though they increased with N rate, particularly those of amino acids. With the same N and K levels, higher P rate raised the content of reducing sugar of the cabbage. Crude protein decreased, to different extents, in all the treatments with the exception of N20P15K20 and N30P15 K20 B, in which it increased somewhat. The optimum treatment in this experiment appeared to be N30P15K20.
