润滑添加剂对二甲醚发动机性能影响的试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 在直喷式柴油机上进行了不同比例润滑添加剂对二甲醚发动机性能影响的试验研究.结果发现:在二甲醚中加入一定量的润滑添加剂后油泵柱塞表面的磨损情况有较明显改善,发动机可在宽广的转速和负荷范围内稳定运行;随着燃料中润滑添加剂含量的增大,二甲醚发动机的动力性略有提高,但NOx排放逐渐增加,缸内最高爆发压力和压力升高率也都略有升高;当润滑添加剂含量低于一定比例时,二甲醚发动机仍可实现无烟燃烧,但超过一定比例时碳烟产生,且随着润滑添加剂加入比例的增加碳烟排放逐渐增大.试验表明,加入合适比例的润滑添加剂是解决二甲醚燃料黏度低、润滑性差的可行方法之一. Investigation on the effect of different proportions of lubricant additive on dimethyl ether(DME) engine performance was conducted. Results show that wear rates of plunger surface will increase slightly and DME engine can operate steadily over a broad range of speeds and loads with certain lubricant additives into DME fuel. With the increase of mass fraction of lubricant additive in DME fuel, power output of DME engine increases. However, NO~ emissions worsen, and the peak pressure and maximum rate of pressure rise in cylinders increases simultaneously. Smokeless combustion can be realized with a certain proportion of lubricant additive in DME engine. Over that proportion, smoke will occur and increases with the increase of lubricant additive proportion. Adding the proper proportion of lubricant additive is a possible solution to the problem of low viscosity and poor lubricity of DME fuel.
