摘要
针对以往从高岭土提取白炭黑传统方法中存在的某些缺点,对滇南某高岭土采取中温活化、除杂,在酸性介质中微波液相催化反应,分离后,再进一步在微波催化下液相碱溶,最终提取了活性白炭黑产品。就这一工艺路线及其影响产品收率的相关因素进行实验研究,并探讨了微波对高岭土的作用机制。研究结果表明,这一工艺路线不仅加快了反应进度,缩短了提取时间,同时使产品提取率提高到98%,产品纯度达95%以上,主要技术指标达到或优于国家规定的标准。这一工艺具有潜在的应用前景。
In order to overcome some disadvantages existing in the traditional method of extraction of white carbon from kaolin , the microwave catalysis method is adopted. Taking kaolin mineral from south of Yunnan province as a sample, it is activated at middle temperature, removed from the impurities and then reacted by microwave liquid phase catalysis in the acidic medium. After separation, the sample is further alkalized by microwave catalysis and at last, the activated white carbon is obtained. The mechanism of microwave catalysis and the related factors of effecting the yield of the product are studied. The results show that this process can not only speed up the reaction velocity and shorten the extraction time, but also improve the extraction rate of the product over 98% and the purity of the product over 95%. This process has potential application prospect.
