摘要
研究含氟丙烯酸酯类单体对苯丙共聚物表面性能的影响。结果表明,含氟丙烯酸酯类单体的种类、侧链含氟烷基、聚合工艺、自由基引发剂用量和有机硅偶联剂及交联剂、催化剂等因素对共聚物膜的疏水性(水接触角和吸水率)、表面硬度及其光泽透明性都有显著影响。含氟丙烯酸酯类单体改性苯丙共聚物具有较高的粘结强度、表面硬度、耐磨性和耐洗刷性。
The influence of acrylate containing fluorine monomer on surface properly of styrene-acrylic copolymer has been studied.The result shows that variety of acrylate containing fluorine monomer,side chain fluorinated alkyl,polymerization process,dosage of free radical initiator.organosilieon coupling agent and erosslinking agent,as well as catalyzer have great influence on hydrophobieity (water contact angle and water absorption rate) of polymer film,surface hardness,lustre and transparency.Acrylate containing fluorine monomer modified styrene-acrylic eopolymer has high binding strength,surface hardness,wear resistance and wash resistance.
