摘要
宽带薪酬作为一种新型的薪酬设计方法,近年来受到我国企业界和理论界的关注。在相关文献研究基础上,指出了高新技术企业实施宽带薪酬的限制性条件,将高新技术企业及高新技术企业研发人员特点与宽带薪酬的特征结合起来,论述了宽带薪酬对于高新技术企业研发人员薪酬设计的适用性。
As a new kind of salary design method, broadband salary has been paid attention to by the enterprises and the academies in China. On the basis of related literatures, this article firstly listed the restrictive conditions of implementing broadband salary. Secondly, this article integrated the characteristics of high-tech enterprises and of R&D employees in high-tech enterprises, and discussed the application of broadband salary to R&D employees.
