摘要
在人口持续膨胀,资源日趋短缺,环境污染不断加剧的情况下,发展资源节约型制造业成为我国实现工业化、现代化的必由之路。本文提出了对资源节约型制造业综合评价的包括4大要素和19个指标的评价体系,并运用该指标体系对2003年上海市制造业的资源节约使用情况进行了定量分析。这套指标体系将为其他各省市结合地区实际情况,制定资源节约型产业的发展政策提供参考依据。

The evaluation index system has been proposed in the thesis including 4 key elements and 19 indexes.
