摘要
2004年10月29号的央行加息引起学界纵说纷纭,褒贬不一,笔者试图通过研究目前我国宏观调控行为的生成机制,分析其中蕴涵的法理念,进而来透视此次货币调控的深层次背景和实际效果,重塑在法治国家和市场经济下的宏观调控。
Adding-interest by center bank causes the different views in the scholastic field.The author tries to analyses the jurisprudential ideas through studying generating.machenism of magni-control in our country,then the deeper background and practical effect of this adjustment.
