摘要
运用文献资料、调查访问和比较分析的方法对普通高校高水平运动队教练员的现状进行了分析,认为现阶段普通高校高水平运动队教练员的业务能力已不能很好地适应现代运动训练的要求,针对以上情况提出了对策性的建议,为进一步推动我国普通高校高水平竞技体育的发展服务。
Consulting the documents and materials, and using the methods of investigation and comparison, this paper analyses the present situation of coaches who guide the high-level sports team in the regular higher educational institutions. The analysis draws the conclusion that professional abilities of the coaches in the regular higher educational institutions can＇t suit very well the request of the modem sports training any more. Based on the analysis, this paper puts forwards the relevant suggestions in order to serve for the further development of the high-level athletics sports in Chinese regular higher educational institutions.
