摘要 充氧压铸可消除压铸件的气孔,使压铸件可以热处理或焊接。铸态铝合金充氧压铸件的力学性能有明显改进:拉伸强度增加了30%,延伸率增加了150%~200%,经热处理后,拉伸强度可增加30%,屈服强度可增加100%,冲击韧性可提高100%或更多。充氧压铸已在铝合金、镁合金压铸件的生产中得到应用,如车轮、制动器缸体、液压传动阀体以及热交换器等。充氧压铸的Al-Si12CuFe铝合金车轮经T6热处理后,其σb=275MPa,σs=221MPa,δ=7.0%。 Using pore free die casting, the castings with porosity free, heat treatable and weldable features are given. Mechanical properties of Al casting are improved significantly: Tensile strength and elongation as cast are increased by 30% and 150% ̄200% separately. Tensile strength, yield strength and impact toughness by heat treatment are increased by 30%, 100% and more than 100% separately. Many Al or Mg alloy die castings, such as the auto wheel, the brake cylinder, the hydraulic valve, the actuator body and the heat exchanger, have been produced. Being made in pore free die casting and heat treated by T6, Al Si12CuFe alloy wheel has follow properties: σ b=276 MPa, σ s=221 MPa, δ =7.0% and a similar fatigue characteristic to the rolled 5454 Al wheel.
