摘要
半个世纪以来的中国大学组织,其突出表现为科层制、政治化以及较弱的学术特性。随着现代组织理论的诞生,企业组织有纷纷向扁平网络化发展的趋势,现代化的网络技术为此提供便利的手段,大学组织更有着组织结构变革的内在需求。扁平网状式组织结构作为大学学术管理的载体有一定的合理性。
During the last half century, the Chinese university as an organization is bureaucratic and political but less academic. With the founding of the modern organization theory and the convenience provided by the modern int.＇net technology, the structure of the enterprises tends to develop into a fiat netlike form. The university as an organization also needs internally to change its structure. It is rational that the fiat netlike structure becomes the carrier of the academic management in the univearsity.
