阐述了薪酬的概念、薪酬设计的步骤、以及医院薪酬管理的实践,介绍了宁波市第一医院1999年的薪酬改革及当前施行的年薪制的做法。年薪制由岗位工资和绩效工资组成,岗位工资按月发放;绩效工资经考核后以年度发放。岗薪一致,岗变薪变。指出绩效工资的考核是加强医院内部管理,调动职工积极性的重要手段。
This article discusses the concept, procedure and practice of payment management in Ningbo First Hospital from 1999. The annual payment system includes position salary and performance salary. The position salary is paid monthly. Performance salary is paid yearly based on performance evaluation. The performance salary is the important way to enhance management inn hospitals and incentive staff.
