摘要
目的探讨D,L-甘油醛具有抗糖酵解的作用从而保持了血液中葡萄糖浓度。方法用含有D,L-甘油醛的肝素抗凝剂作为抗凝和抗酵解剂,加入甘油醛的全血标本孵育不同的时间再用日立7170A测定糖及其他分析物。结果甘油醛对红细胞的糖酵解有很好的抑制作用从而保持了葡萄糖浓度的8h恒定,其最佳浓度在4~5mmol/L,并且甘油醛作为葡萄糖酵解抑制剂对甘油三脂和肌酐有明显的影响作用。结论甘油醛能有效地保护全血标本中的糖浓度长达8h,除对甘油三脂和肌酐有明显影响之外,对其他常规生化检验指标无影响。
Objective To study the effect of DL- glyeeraldehydes on maintaining the glucose level in the blood samples. Method Blood samples were incubated with the hepatonin anti-coagulation which contains DL- glyeeraldehydes. The treated samples were analyzed at different incubation time by HITACHIT170A. Result Glyeeraldehydes could effectively inhibit glucose fermentation in red blood cells, so the treatment of the blood samples could maintain the glucose level within 8 hours, with an optimal concentration at 4-5 mmol/L. Glyeeraldehydes also affect the levels of triglyeerides and creatine. Conclusion Glyeeraldehydes can be effectively maintaining the glucose level for 8 hours and also affect the levels of triglyeefides and ereatine. It has no effect on other routine biochemical index.
