摘要
研究20用冷拔双相钢丝在500℃不同时间回火时延伸率的变化。试验结果发现,随回火时间的延长,抗拉强度连续降低而延伸率则保持不变。可以认为,在再结晶马氏体和铁素体晶界上渗碳体析出,是产生这种现象的主要原因。
A study has been made on the variation of elongation in 20 cold-drawn dual phase steel wire during the tempering at 500℃ for various times. It has ben found that the tensile strength decreases continuously with increase in holding time while the elongation remains constant. It can be considered that the main reason for this occurrence is the carbide precipitation at boundaries of recrystallized martensite and ferrite grains.
