小肽转运载体的分子营养学的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 目前动物体内的小肽转运载体发现的至少有五种,其中研究最为广泛的是PepT l和PepT 2。PepT 1和PepT 2都是依质子的寡肽转运载体(POT)家族的成员。PepT 1是低亲和力、高容量的肽载体,PepT 2是高亲和力、低容量的肽载体。PepT l主要在消化道中表达,在肾脏中也有微弱的表达:PepT 2主要在肾脏中表达。本文主要对小肽转运载体的组织分布、分子结构特征以及影响小肽转运载体转运的因素等方面的研究进展作一综述。 At present, there are at lest five kinds of small peptide transproters identified in animal tissues, in which PepT1 and P, epT2 were discussed extensively. PepT1 and PepT2 belong to members of proton-dependent oligopeptide transporter (POT) family, PepT1 is a peptide transporter of low affinity and high capacity, while PepT2 is a peptide transporter of high affinity and low capacity. PepT1 is mainly expressed in testinal tract and weakly expressed in kidney, while PepT2 is mainly expressed in kidney. The tissue distribution, molecular characteristics, and some factors of influence on small peptide transporters are summarized in the paper.
