摘要
针对岩石测试专家系统软件的设计,对其控制过程中的核心技术PID控制技术作了深入研究,将PID控制技术与模糊控制技术相结合,设计了模糊PID控制器并将其应用于岩石测试专家系统,解决了该控制过程中量程切换时易出现的震荡现象,实现了该控制过程的全自动化处理并达到了控制精度和稳定性要求。
This paper introduces the design of Rock - testing experimentation system and deeply studies the technology of fuzzyPID control. FuzzyPID is got by combining PID with fuzzy control technology and is applied in the Rock - testing experimentation system. It helps to eliminate the phenomenon of vibration and to realize high precision and steady control.
