摘要
调压铸造作为一种先进的铸造技术,具有充型能力强,补缩能力高等优点,有望在镁合金大型复杂薄壁铸件的生产中发挥重要作用。通过浇注镁合金薄板试样,将调压铸造技术与低压铸造、差压铸造和重力铸造技术的充型能力进行了对比,发现调压铸造能够提供最为优异的充型能力;分析表明,较低的型内反压是提高调压铸造充型能力的主要原因。
As an advanced casting technique, adjusted pressure casting have the advantages of higher filling capacity and better feeding capacity, which is expected to play an important role on the manufacturing of largescale complicated thin-walled components of magnesium alloys. The filling capacity of adjusted pressure casting was compared with the low-pressure casting, counter-pressure casting and gravity casting through pouring thinwall board sample of magnesium alloys. It is shown that, clue to the lowest cavity pressure provided, the filling capacity of adjusted pressure casting is the best among the investigated casting methods.
