摘要
本试验分析了陶×青半细毛杂一代羔羊8月龄的屠宰指标,结果表明:在青藏高原同样的生态条件下陶×青半细毛杂一代羔羊产肉性能和胴体品质明显优于青海半细毛,陶×青半细毛羔羊比青海半细毛羔羊胴体重高6.07kg,屠宰率高5.16%(P<0.05),净肉重和净肉率分别高4.82kg和4.81%(P<0.05),眼肌面积和GR值分别高7.32cm2和5.73mm(P<0.01),陶×青半细一代羔羊产肉性能和胴体品质明显优于青海半细毛羔羊。
The slaughter indices were analysed for F1 lamb crossed Dorset Down×Qinghai semifine-wool sheep (F1 lamb) at the age of eight months in this experiment. The results showed that under the ecological condition of Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau, the mutton production performance and the carcass quality of F1 lamb were significantly preponderated than those of the lamb of Qinghai semifine-wool sheep. The dressed weight of F1 lamb was increased 6.07 kg than that of the lamb of Qinghai semifine-wool sheep.The dressing percentage of F1 lamb was increased 5.16 percentage points ( P 〈 0.05), the meat weight and the meat percentage were increased 4.82 kg and 4.81 percentage points( P 〈 0.05) resp. the eye muscle area and GR value were increased 7.32 cm^2 and 5.73 mm( P 〈 0.010) ,resp. than those of the lamb of Qinghai semifine-wool sheep.
