摘要
有效的图像检索系统必须充分利用图像的语义信息,文章采用了基于MPEG-7的图像语义的XML表示法,简要介绍了图像检索的发展状况,主要讨论了基于MPEG-7图像语义的XML描述方法以及检索系统的实现过程。经考察证实:系统通过反馈的办法对图像的标注进行调整和完善,可随着用户反馈次数的增多,系统的检索精度逐步提高。本系统有效地实现了在基于语义和基于内容2个层次的图像检索,取得了较为理想的效果,具有一定的应用价值。
A valid image retrieval system must make full use of the semantic contents of images. In this article, we briefly introduce the development of image retrieval, discuss XML images description and retrieval of multimedia based on semantic image that the contents associated with the MPEG-7 standard. The annotation of the images through system feedback are adjusted and consummated. Along with the increasing times of the user＇s feedback, the retrieval precision is also improved. This system performs image retrieval at both semantic and content levels, the experimental results on real-world image collections demonstrate the accuracy and effectiveness of the system.
