摘要
针对目前国内住宅设计缺乏个性化的现状,介绍了我国住宅发展的历史,分析了住宅个性化需求产生的背景以及原因,指出实现住宅个性化需要一个过程,但其发展趋势是肯定的,以满足现代人们的居住要求。
According to existing condition that lacking individuation house in domestic, it introduces history on development of house and analyzes generated background of individuation house, and points out that developing trend is positive, which has a course to realize it, then can meet requirement of people.
