摘要
目的观察电针对帕金森病大鼠黑质DA神经元凋亡的影响。方法将6OHDA注入中脑右侧黑质造成单侧黑质损毁的帕金森病大鼠模型,采用电针对模型大鼠进行治疗,并用TH和TUNEL双标法检测正常组、假手术组、模型组、电针组黑质DA神经元凋亡数目。结果帕金森病大鼠损毁侧DA神经元凋亡数目显著高于正常组(P<0.01)及未损毁侧(P<0.01),电针可有效地减少帕金森病大鼠DA神经元凋亡数目(P<0.05)。结论DA神经元凋亡可能参与帕金森病的发生,电针可有效地改善这一病理过程。
Objective To investigate the influence of electroacupuncture on the apoptosis of substantia nigra dopaminergic neurons in parkinsonism rats. Methods A rat model of unilateral substantia nigra-destroyed Parkinson's disease was made by injecting 6-OHDA into the fight mesencephalic substantia nigra. The rat model was treated with electroacupuncture. The number of substantia nigra apoptotic dopaminergic neurons was determined by a TH and TUNEL double labeling method in the normal, sham operation, model and electroacupuncture groups. Results The number of apeptotic dopaminergic neurons was significantly larger on the destroyed side in parkinsonism rats than in the normal group (P 〈 0.01 ) and on the undestroyed side (P 〈 0.01 ). Electroacupuncture could effectively decrease the number of apeptotic dopaminergic neurons in parkinsonism rats (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The apeptosis of dopaminergic neurons may be involved in the occurrence of Parkinson's disease. Electroacupuncture can effectively abate this lesion.
