摘要
本文综述了国内外有关蜂王浆新鲜度指标的研究进展,并对今后的研究方向提出了建议。
The recent advances in the indexes of the freshness of royal jelly, such as glucose oxidase, superoxide dismutase, furosine and royalactin were summarized, and the suggestions for the future research in this area were put forward.
