不同磷水平下玉米自交系根系形态及吸收氮、钾差异研究 被引量:8

摘要 通过盆栽试验,研究4个自交系玉米在低磷和正常供磷2个磷水平下的磷效率差异、根系形态与磷效率的相关性及吸收氮、钾营养的差异。结果表明:在土培条件下,玉米的磷效率与吸磷量存在极显著正相关关系,根体积、根半径与磷效率之间均呈显著正相关,说明在缺磷条件下吸收效率高的基因型磷效率较高,且有较大根体积和根半径。同时,缺磷也导致玉米对氮、钾吸收的降低。 In pot experiment, the difference of phosphate efficiency, the relationship between root volUme and P efficiency and the difference of N and K uptake of 5 maize inbred lines between low P and normal P application were studied. The results showed that the phosphorus accumulation amount and root morphology were both positively related to the phosphorus efficiency in the soil culture experiment. Those showed the genotypes with high uptake P efficiency have high phosphorus efficiency and have larger root volume and larger root radius in low P. The low P also leads to decrease of nitrogen and potassium uptake.
