摘要
运用系统分析的方法构建了河北省可持续发展评估指标体系和评估数量模型.阐述了多元统计方法中的主成分析和层次分析的基本原理,并借助统计分析软件SAS和改进的AHP对河北省2002年11个市区的可持续发展状况进行了数量分析.在此基础上得出11个市区的可持续发展水平评估的综合排名,同时对各市区可持续发展状况进行了综合评价.
The evaluation indicator system and evaluation model of HeBei province sustainable development was put forward applying the systems analysis method. This paper analyzes the sustainable development status of 11 cites of He Bei province via SAS and improved AHP （analytic hierarchy process） as well as illuminates the key principles of the Principal Component Analysis and AHP. Based on the result, this paper ranges 11 cites by the level of the sustainable development status, and then, appraises the sustainable development of cites synthetically.
