摘要
发动机的振动和噪声特性是影响汽车行驶舒适性的主要因素.本文针对某轻型货车3缸柴油机在使用过程中排气系统发生开裂的现象,运用有限元分析与试验结合的方法进行研究.结果表明:发动机的转动频率与该排气系统的固有频率发生耦合,引起了共振.通过改进发动机与排气系统的连接方式等措施改变了排气管的固有频率,降低了振动.经样车试验得到满意的结果.
Vibration and noise is a important factor for vehicle riding comfort. This paper research the exhaust rupture problem applying finite element analysis combining test method for a three-cylinder diesel engine of light truck riding state. The results revealed that the natural frequency of exhaust pipe would resonate under coupling with the excitation frequency of engine. Finally, vibration was reduced by modifying linkage between engine and exhaust system based on changing the natural frequency of exhaust pipe. The satisfaction result is gained by testing of prototype.
