摘要
和谐社会的根本特点是以人为本,探讨了图书馆要秉持以人为本的理念,尊重人性,公平、公正地对待每位读者,提高法制意识,保障读者的权利,提供人性化的服务,建立一个和谐的可持续发展的图书馆人文环境。
The fundamental characteristic of a harmonious society is based on the solution of acute problems concerning the vital interests of the people. The service work of library must treat every reader equally and impartially with the opinion and improve legal awareness to guarantee readers＇ rights endowed by constitution. This paper has put forward suggestions to establish a harmonious and sustainable developing environment for library service.
