摘要
目的设计基于PMAC-PC下零件外圆表面磨削在线测量及加工系统,解决机械加工中加工精度、降低成本和提高效率的问题.方法用PMAC-PC与IPC工控机组成上下位机及并行双CPU结构;利用PMAC为用户提供PCOMM动态链接库完成上位机同PMAC之间的连接.结果通过多媒体定时器技术解决了实时数据采集(可以精确定时到1 ms)的问题,用双缓冲区技术解决了数据采集的海量存储问题.通过多线程技术完成了数据采集、数据上载及显示功能.结论在以上技术的基础上完成的上位机测控系统软、硬件设计,可以实现零件圆度误差的在线测量.为推动开放式数控系统在精密加工中的应用,实现加工测量一体化打下了基础.
In order to pursue the perfect combination of precision, cost and efficiency, the study on the corresponding test equipment is necessary. We designed and integrated an online measurement and machining system for cylindrical surface grinding of parts, whose central parts are IPC and PMAC-PC which together constitute the main computer and the follow computer. By use of PMAC, the dynamic link library of Pcomm32 is provided for users to complete the link of the main computer with the follow computer. Multimedia timer technique adopted to real-timely gather data and double buffer memory technique works out real-time gatheringdata in great memory and display, and so on. Software and hardware of the main computer MACSYM are finished based on the above techniques. That provides the foundation for the application of open CNC in the precise processing as well as the integration of processing and measurement.
