摘要
采用反相悬浮聚合方法,以环己烷为连续相,无水亚硫酸钠和偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,以丙烯酰胺(AM)和功能性阳离子型单体氯化[N、N、N-三甲基乙醇丙烯酸酯]盐(AQ)为合成单体,合成颗粒状的阳离子型高分子絮凝剂。研究了分散剂的HLB值、种类和质量分数等因素对聚合物的影响。结果表明,选择由Span60和Span80组成的混合分散剂,其HLB值为4.5时,反应体系最稳定;分散剂的质量分数为2.5%时,聚合物黏度最大,产率最高。
The inverse suspension polymerization of acrylamide (AM) and cationic 2- acryloxyethe triethye ammonium chloride (AQ) was studied using cyclohexane as the continuous phase, dispersant, and VA -044 and Na2SO4 as initiator. The copolymer was the granulated cationic flocculant with high molecular weight. The effect of the HLB value, kinds and concentration of dispersant on the polymer was investigated. As the results shown, the dispersion had the best stability when the HLB value of the composite composing of Span60 and Span80 was 4. 5 and the viscosity and the polymerization yield of the polymer was the most when the concentration of dispersant was 2.5%.
