摘要
人口剧增与土地资源短缺之间的矛盾,市场的刺激和工程技术的保障,导致城市住宅建筑向高层发展。然而,高层住宅建设中存在的问题不容忽视。通过对问卷调查结果的分析,从社会学的角度揭示出“以人为本”的设计开发理念是高层住宅建设健康发展必不可少的要素。
Market stimulation, technical guarantee, and the antinomy between the missing resources of land and the population explosion, cause dwelling house develops toward sky figures in the city. However, the problem exist in the high residence construction allows of no to neglect. The analysis is passed to the questiormaire result, from the angle of the sociology, opening out that the design principle of “people - oftented” is the essential factor in the health development of high residence construction.
