摘要
介绍了磁悬浮轴承工作原理,并给出了其数学模型。以TMS320LF2407A为核心设计了磁悬浮轴承数字控制系统,并应用了变参数PID控制算法。实验结果表明,基于DSP的磁悬浮轴承数字控制系统具有稳定性好、控制精度高、响应快及噪声低等特点。
The operational principle of magnetic levitating bearing is introduced, and its mathematics model is presented. A digital magnetic levitating bearing control system based on TMS320LF2407A is designed, and multiple- parameter PID algorithm is applied. The experimental result shows that the DSP - based digital magnetic levitating bearing control system features advantages of high stability, high control precision, fast response and low noise.
