摘要
以微型联合收割机用旋风分离器型清选系统为研究对象,运用回归分析的方法建立了该清选系统的数学模型,优化确定了其最佳结构和运动参数,分析了各参数对籽粒清洁率和清选损失率的影响,并进行了该清选系统对喂入量和含杂率的适应性试验研究。结果表明,吸杂风机和扬谷轮转速对籽粒清洁率影响较大,而对清选损失率影响较小,筒深和吸杂管长度对清选损失率有较大影响,而对籽粒清洁率影响较小,在最佳参数下,清选系统的适应性较好。
Cleaning unit of micro-combine harvester is investigated with cyclone separator.Based on the method of regression,a model of the cleaning unit was established,which was optimized to determine the optimal parameters of configuration and movement.According to this analysis,some parameters,such as the height of cylinder and rotation speed of electromotor,affect the performance indexes.Moreover,the adaptability of cleaning unit was experimented by the various quantity of cleaning feed rate or impurity rate.The experiments show that movement parameters have a greater influence on cleaning rate of seed and a lesser influence on loss rate of cleaning but configuration parameters are reversed,and under the optimal parameters the adaptability of cleaning unit has a wide range.
