摘要 本文综述了丙烯酸系树脂合成技术的研究进展。交联剂和致孔剂是影响树脂合成的关键因素,通过改变它们的种类和比例可以得到不同孔结构的吸附树脂。在交联度固定不变时,致孔剂用量越多,孔体积越大,致孔剂的分子量越大,孔径越大。在致孔剂用量一定的情况下,交联度越高,比表面积越大,而孔径则随交联度增加而减小。文章对中极性树脂在多个领域的应用也作了介绍。 In this review, the developments achieved in the field of the acrylic ester resin with moderate polarity over the last few years were presented. Special attention is paid to the preparation techniques of resin network by changing the variable of the network synthesis. The internal structure of the resin beads can be controlled by parameters in the polymerization recipe such as mole fraction of crosslinker as well as the type and volume of diluent/porogen/pore generating solvent, an inert organic solvent, added to the monomer phase. In common, the pore size as well as surface area increases with the volume of porogen when the crosslink density is maintained constant. Increasing crosslink density increases the surface area and decreases the pore size at a given type and volume of porogen. Many applications of resin are offered.
