摘要
论述球头立铣刀螺旋角的物理意义及作用,建立球头立铣刀螺旋角的数学模型,并利用微分几何的基本原理研究柱面、球面及锥面上等导程螺旋线和等螺旋角螺旋线的数学模型,为复杂形状刀具的设计、数控加工提供了理论方法和依据.
The physical significance and function of helix angle on the ball-end cutter are discussed in this paper, the mathematical model of helix angle on the ball-end cutter is built. Furthermore, by using the fundamental principle of differential geometry, the models of equal helix angle and equal lead on the cutter are studied which can be applied to cylinder , cone and sphere. Finally, the theoretical approaches and grounds are provided for the design of complex shape cutter and NC manufacturing.
