摘要
指出高校图书馆与院系资料室必须转变观念,实现资源共享、共同发展的新模式,提出应在图书馆统一管理下建立有信息资源特色、以参考咨询服务为主的资料室。
This paper points out that university library and the reference rooms of the university and the departments must transform their conception and realize the new mode of sharing and co-developing the resources, and puts forward the suggestion on establishing the reference room with the features of the information resources and the major service of reference under the unified management of the library.
