摘要
掺Bi磁光石榴石簿膜具有强的法拉第效应而应用于光纤电流传感器。本文介绍了掺Bi石榴石薄膜光纤电流传感器的基本特性、液相升延生长制备方法,以及获得高温度稳定Ve的方法。
Bi-doped magnetic-optic garnet films illustrates a strong Farady effect. It has been applied to fiber current sensors. The basic characteristics of Bi-doped magneto-optic garnet films are discussed. The methods to obtain high temperature stable Ve and Bi-doped gavnet films by Liquid Phase Epitaxy (LPE) are also introduced.
