摘要
针对啤酒酵母扩培过程为复杂的生化反应过程,且在不同工艺阶段扩培温度不同的工艺要求,结合模糊控制对非线性、大滞后、难于建立数学模型的复杂过程可实施有效控制的特点,设计了由SISO模糊控制器和PID-MISO模糊控制器组成的变结构模糊控制系统,采用此方法设计的温度控制系统在实际工程应用中取得了较满意的控制效果,解决了啤酒生产企业酵母扩培过程中菌种繁殖的稳定性和成活率问题。
Taking beer yeast spread cultivation as a complex biochemistry process and different requirement in different course, combining with effective method of fuzzy control for nonlinear complex system, a variable structure fuzzy control system composed of SISO fuzzy controller and PIDMISO fuzzy controller is designed. This system resolved the problem of stability and percentage of living yeast in the beer yeast spread cultivation process. The result of practical engineering application shows that tbe control performance is satisfactory.
