摘要
目的利用因子分析法,探讨各种恶性肿瘤死亡率间内在联系及地区分布特点。方法用主成分法提取因子进行方差最大正交旋转,计算因子负荷及主因子得分。结果经方差最大正交旋转后的4个主因子特征根分别为2.203,1.534,1.472,1.460,累计贡献率为74.11%。主因子1对食管癌、肝癌、鼻咽癌,主因子2对直肠癌、白血病,主因子3对胃癌和宫颈癌的影响较大,但作用相反,主因子4对乳腺癌和肺癌影响较大且有促进作用。乳腺癌、食管癌、肝癌、直肠癌、肺癌、鼻咽癌、胃癌、白血病、宫颈癌的共同度分别为83.57%,81.22%,80.04%,74.45%,73.78%,72.70%,68.96%,68.63%,63.57%。主因子1得分较高的地区为福建的东南沿海,得分低的为闽北山区;主因子2得分较高的地区为闽西、闽中山区;主因子3得分较高的地区为闽江口沿岸,较低的为闽东北山区;主因子4得分较高的地区为东山、福安及厦门、漳州和福州等几个工业城市;低者为闽北山区。结论福建省恶性肿瘤死亡率之间存在一定的内在联系,并具有地区分布特点。
Objective To explore the correlation of mortalities among various malignant tumors and the characters of their regional distribution. Methods The factors were extracted by principal component analysis and rotated by Varimax, then calculated the factor loading and the score of common factors. Results The eigenvalues of 4 common factors by Varimax Rotation were 2.203, 1.534, 1.472 and 1.460 respectively. Their cumulative percentage was 74.11%. Common factor 1 had greater factor loading in esophagus cancer, liver cancer and nasopharyngeal cancer;, correspondingly common factor 2 in rectal cancer and leukemia; Common factor 3 in gastric cancer, cervical cancer, and common factor 4 in breast cancer and lung cancer. The commonalities of esophagus cancer, liver cancer, nasopharyngeal cancer, rectal cancer, leukemia, gastric cancer, cervical cancer, breast cancer, and lung cancer were83.57%, 81.22%, 80.04%, 74.45%, 73.78%, 72.70%, 68.96%, 68.63%, and63.57% respectively. The score of common factor 1 was higher in the southeast coastland and lower in the north mountain region of Fujian Province, the common factor 2 higher in the west and the central regions, the common factor 3 higher in the estuary region of MinJiang River and lower in the northeast of Fujian Province, and the common factor 4 higher in the industrial cities including Dongshan, Fu' an, Zhangzhou and Fuzhou city and lower in the north of the Fujian. Conclusion There was a correlation in mortalities of various kinds of malignant tumors in Fujian Province, and a characteristic of regional distribution.
