共轭亚油酸(CLA)是一种主要从反刍动物脂肪及其奶产品中发现的天然活性物质。一些多不饱和脂肪酸(主要是亚油酸和亚麻酸)在反刍动物瘤胃内通过异构化和生物脱氢反应形成CLA;另外,反式油酸在动物细胞内经△9-脱氢酶的脱氢作用也能形成CLA。c9,t11-CLA是反刍动物脂肪中CLA的主要异构体,其在乳脂中占80%-90%,在肉中要稍低。多种自然因素,人工手段能够影响反刍动物体内CLA含量。
Conjugated linoleic acids (CLAs) comprise a family of positional and geometric isomers of linoleic acid (18:2n-6 LA) that are mostly derived from ruminant animals fat, in particular dairy products in nature. CLAs can be formed by biohydrogenation and isomerization of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) (predominantly linoleic acid, linolenic acid) in rumen. In addition, they can also be formed by delta-9 desaturation of the vaccenic acid (trans-11-18:1) in animal cell. The cis- 9, trans-11 CLA isomer is the major isomer found in ruminant fat; this isomer typically represents 80 % to 90 % of the total CLA in milk fat, and its proportion in beef fat is less. Many natural factors and manual means can affect the content of CLA in ruminant animals.
