前入路减压Z-Plate内固定治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨前入路减压ZPlate内固定系统治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的效果。方法对19例胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的患者施行前入路减压、植骨、ZPlate钢板内固定。结果19例随访9~35个月,X线片显示椎体生理弧度恢复良好,植骨融合牢固,无断钉松动等并发症,术后A级1例神经功能无恢复,其余患者神经功能有不同程度恢复。结论ZPlate内固定系统用于胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的治疗,固定可靠,植骨融合率高,效果满意。 Objective To investigate the effect of anterior decompression and Z-Plate internal fixation in the treatment of thoraeolumbar burst fracture. Methods 19 eases of thoraeolumhar hurst fractures were treated with anterior decompression, hone graft and Z-Plate internal fixation. Results 19 cases were followe(1 up for 9 - 35 months. The spinal curve recovered well and the bone graft got rigid fusion with X-ray examination. After operation, 1 cases of Frankel A didn't get neural function recovery, other cases got recovery in certain degree. Conclusions it can provide reliahle fixation, high rate fusion and satisfactory, outcome in the treatment of thoracolumbar hurst fracture with anterior decompression and Z-Plate internal fixation.
