摘要
以武陵山区少数民族州县为例,应用小康生活水平的基本标准评价了其小康实现程度,分析了其全面建设小康社会的重点和难点,提出了其全面建设小康社会的策略建议.
Taking prefectures and counties of minority nationalities in Wuling mountainous areas as an example, this paper makes an analysis of the level of building a well-off society in these areas by resorting to the criteria by which to judge the well-off society, points out the focal and difficult points in building the society and puts forward some countermeasures against it.
